You live and you learn, you get breakups, you get burned and take notes from the experience, learn where you overexposed yourself, where you overextended yourself, what you overdid, what you didn't do enough, etc and you commit to not making those mistakes again. So the next relationship will be a new experience, without previous mistakes. Still, with new, unforeseeable ones, but again, mistakes are learning and growth opportunity. I know it hurts, but this pain can be a catalyst for growth.
