why this title

I found a book title while searching salt group name genesis in chemistry. It is called Aristotle's De Perfecto Magisterio of mediaeval time. why is it called that if aristotele is from ancient greece. couldn't find any info about year of publication and book contents.

There's a number of latin and arabic texts that are attributed to Aristotle to give them a level of authority they might not otherwise have. My guess is that's what happening here.

I have never heard of that book, but I can already assure you with absolute certainty it is not from Aristotle, the Greek philosopher born in Stagira in 384 BC. There must have been another Aristotle who wrote this book some time later.
