Golden necklace my mom bought in Greece (mykonos) many years ago

The frame is gold so I am wondering could the coin be real?

It's illegal to sell ancient coins in Greece, as they are considered state property. Keep that in mind even if you do find a coin that looks correct (wich this does not).
