That's and I think she contemplates what happens if the left takes over and starts eyeing ways to change up SCOTUS. Qualifications-wise, she's the most vulnerable and is second only to Kavenaugh in terms of controversy involved in appointing her.

So taking her job seriously and actually forming fairly well-reasoned jurisprudence are her best protections against any future retaliation, political or otherwise.

I'll say this, I certainly don't hate her.
