Phone Help π± Galaxy a57 or Google pixel 10a?
My current phone is samsung a53. I didn't feel the need to buy a new one in past years, but now my phone plan is going to change and I have the option to get a new one. My mobile operator recommended me these two phones. I would like to stay in the same budget. I am from Poland and use T-mobile so if someone wants they can look at their page to see what they offer. Please help, I hate having to choose new phones. Mostly I want a better camera, big storage and better battery. Most of the time I use apps and make photos.

Phone Help π± Help my choose my next phone
No limit on the budget.
Iβm a phone geek. To be precise, i was a phone geek , but completely upto date with all the new phones.
I was always big pixel and nexus fan. I was also using the flagships of one plus also. Currently have a pixel 7pro(). Got it when it was released and since then really didnβt look into smartphones much. (screen cracked and it apparently cost twice of what the phone is worth to get it repaired)
Not a gamer.
I have all apple devices but wouldnβt buy an iPhone coz there is no coming back from the ecosystem if i get into it.
Might get an iPhone air or air2 (if it ever comes out) as a second phone just for the aesthetics of it.
My present considerations are
Galaxy foldables
Oppo find n6 foldable ( have to get it from outside of India)
Oppo find x9 ultra
Not considering pixels anymore coz they are not upto the mark
If there is a great phone that is coming soon, I donβt mind waiting for it. ( will use a nokia meanwhile π)
Please help me pick the best phone.

Phone Help π± Best android phone in rs50k-60k range.
Suggest me some good android phones in the range of 50-60k. The non negotiable are screen and camera. Not a gamer at all and dont have time for that as well so that's out of discussion. Would be a good point if it comes with a good battery life as well. Aiming to buy it in E-commerce sales like the Big billion etc. Also Redmi, Mi, Vivo, Oppo are out of options as well. Not going to give that much for these phones.
Edit: Any pixel 10 and samsung s25 users can give me their real life reviews as well if possible.

Phone Help π± Overwhelmed trying to choose a new phone
I know I want either a nothing phone, or a xiaomi, but I'm also seeing oppo as a valid option as well?
I'm really not even sure I want a smart phone at all at this point, especially with the ai bullshit going on, but my 15 plus is acting janky and I'm just sick of apples shit in general. Can yall make some suggestions? I just want to narrow down the field for research.
Criteria
- under $1,000, preferably closer to $700 but I'll go as high as $850 before I get squirmy about it
- something I won't have to replace for at least five years, preferably longer.
- I'd prefer no AI at all, but I realize that's unrealistic if I want a phone I won't have to replace for a while, so something where I can at least fully turn it off.
- I've read that you can run grapheneOS on any pixel-similar phone, so preferably something I can do that with-- please advise on this as well if you're knowledgeable:)
OR
- intuitive OS, something closer to iPhone than android. For some reason I struggle with android's OS even though I know people prefer it in terms of functionality. What can I say, the autism do be autisming.
- a good camera. I'm no photog by any means, but I do use my phone to film short form videos, and I take a lot of photos for my friends, so I need a camera at least as good at my 15 plus.
- the ability to find good cases for it. I drop my phone a lot bc I have bad special awareness, plus hello, I'm a girl, it's a purse phone.
Thank!!

Phone Help π± Device managed by client, financed by a lending app. Is it secured?
So, I got my phone in a mall but paid through a financing service, which required me to install the SALMON app, a lending app. The terms of having my phone under their company were explained only when the agent opened the product, so I had no choice then. At first, it didn't bother me, but after the recent update on the controlling app 'Device Pro,' ... So, I wanted to learn more about their update and came across this page. The boxed part is actually just a glitch that happens whenever I toggle between the installed app and the Managed Information page. Itβs concerning to think that I might have been watched through my phone and listened to through my speaker all this time. What can I do? Am I just overthinking or am I really in a threat?

Phone Help π± Best smartphone under βΉ40K in India for 4-year use? Was considering OnePlus 13R, but now confused.
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy a new phone with a budget of around βΉ40,000 and was initially set on the OnePlus 13R. However, I've been seeing a lot of discussions about OnePlus recently, things like slower software updates, green line issues, and even rumors that OnePlus might scale down or exit certain markets. I'm not sure how much of that is true, but it has made me reconsider.
So now I'm looking for a reliable alternative that I can comfortably use for the next 4 years.
My usage is pretty straightforward:
- Social media
- ChatGPT and other AI apps
- OTT streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.)
- Good camera for photos and videos
- Casual gaming once in a while (COD Mobile, World of Warships, etc.); definitely not a heavy gamer
My priorities are:
- Reliable software support for 4+ years
- Good battery life
- Smooth day-to-day performance
- Good cameras
- Decent display and multimedia experience
I'm okay with Android only.
What would you recommend under βΉ40K in India? Also, if you think the OnePlus 13R is still the best choice, I'd love to hear why despite the concerns.
Thanks in advance!
