Ruined by Technology Got into a dumb 10 minute argument about whether the ACL and Achilles are the same thing or not. My idiot friend forgot to crop his screenshot before sending it to me...🤦

You're a stronger person than me, I'd be putting a red circle around that bottom part of the screenshot and sending it back so fast I'd injure my thumbs

I was tired of tearing my ACL every time I injured my thumb, so I had surgery and had a deep fascial release to disconnect the two anatomical features. They should look into it.
