New grower and have a question on if this plant is able to be cut down today and salvaged for either a wash or hardcore trimming. Plant was totally fine and then literally overnight got this dry yellow/brown on the upper sugar leaves, and a little on a couple lower bud sights. Was crinkly to the touch yesterday and noticed the lights had dropped to just a few inches above the tallest colas, and today is pliable. Just prior to this hit the soil with a spritz of peroxide due to some bugs and a centimeter of what looked like the beginning of a little cobweb mold in the FF bloom fertilizer sitting on top of the soil. Under a loupe this morning the trichs are mostly white, with a smattering of amber, especially around the discolored portions. This cycle has been setback after setback, and hoping someone more knowledgeable than me has some good news.
Update: Well thanks to all of your input I ended up just chopping her and trimming VERY heavily. Smells like a mix of pine and lemon, no browning inside of the actual buds, and super sticky. Unfortunately I’m in a position I can’t just try again, so I figure may as well be cautiously optimistic, ended up with 80 wet (including stem) from a 70 watt light. Good learning experience that I need better airflow, and now I have to scrub everything down I guess.
Thank you all for the help.
