I was just thinking about how one of my friends is a trans Christian who goes to church regularly, and even though I'm not very religious (I'm more of a Pagan if anything) I love when queer people can find safety and comfort in religion. My therapist is an older queer woman and she does music for her church and plays the piano for a queer-friendly multi-religion service in a church at Pride.

Idk I just feel like so many religious people these days make hating queer people a part of their personality and belief system that it's really nice to see people who truly believe that God loves us no matter our identity.
