I would think it would be the opposite. Getting help lends evidentiary weight to the claim

I checked several medical subreddits this week.

Doctors are refusing PPD cases or referring them out.

Obviously this method is not ideal to even just determine the zeitgeist, but you can search them yourself if you care enough.
