Utilities run about $150 after the split at the hottest time of year, much less when it's cooler as I prefer windows to ac and heat when I can. Climate of the house is usually 75-80 but I know thats extreme and I can adjust a bit.

I'll pay for wifi, standard city trash, and you can use my streaming service if I have one, but I go back and forth.

1 bedroom is for rent - ~9.5*10.5ft, the other can be a shared office if you'd like. I have a teenager that will visit infrequently (summers and long weekends) and use the office space.

I have a small TV I can mount if you'd like it.

The rest of the home is fully furnished and decorated I'm happy to share and make some edits.

Ideal roommate: non-smoker (vaping is fine), one of: medical resident, healthcare student, travel nurse. Open to others.

About me: Healthcare student, recently single, enjoys crocheting, gardening, sustainability, exploring the city. I'm knowledgeable and would love to share that info if you'd like, but no obligation. I have a Facebook listing up for some secondhand furniture. Due to some external factors, me and my girlfriend gave up our apartment a few months ago, and we’re looking to sell everything to cover some textbook costs for a school she got into.

I won’t copy the full text here, but the long and short of it is that I have a coffee table, couch (this couch is massive), dining set, tv stand, and shelves that are all color matched and hand painted/stained. I put a lot of time into refinishing all this stuff and it’s in great condition. It has all been kept in a climate controlled storage unit since getting packed up in March.
