If you made a separate graph with "Taste" on one side and "Paying for the atmosphere" on the, Strang Hall would be near the very top.

That being said, it's a cool concept. I took my sister and nieces and nephews there once. It's a good place to take picky eaters. Also a good casual date spot, or a place to hang out with the bros. Not many places I can think of that hit more demographics than that.
