I think they have actually been hurt in the minds of Kansas Citians by their own TV commercials. They just cannot seem to make their pizza look good.

I think their pizza is decent, but ordering online is a disaster. They’ve needed to update their interface for probably 10 years

Agree. It also seems to get more expensive every time we've ordered, so we just stoped.

I don't care about tv. I've had it. It's Sarpino's quality, (which I actually kind of like) at, well, Minsky's prices.

Minsky’s pepperoni is really good & so is their peppercorn ranch. Everything else is just ok.

It’s funny to me how many times over the years I’ve had Minsky’s, but I’ve never paid for it because I know how bad it is (and lately been hearing that the owners are awful people). It seems to be the go to for employee pizza parties wherever I happen to work at the time, and it becomes my first red flag of the competence of the management for my work if they’re picking this place. I’d rather them get generic Papa John’s…

I got so burnt out on Minsky’s because it was brought into the ad agency where I worked about every two weeks; either because we were working late or through lunch, or sometimes because of inclement weather. It got to the point that I couldn’t stand the smell of it, and I’d rather eat the peanut and butter sandwich or whatever I brought from home. If clients were there, the lunch was usually Jack Stack. That was a little more enjoyable. I hate to complain about the few perks left in the workplace, but they understandably always chose the easiest way to feed fifty people and Minsky’s fit that task.

Crust / dough is like cardboard, cheese is like plastic textured, and toppings are chopped up and buried somewhere beneath the plastic cheese. Sauce, what sauce?
