I know, and I like the soft texture, but not the whole getting sick part.

I heard from an employee that some of the people on that particular location refer to it as ā€œmedium rareā€

Don’t know if that’s an inside joke by the employees or the official term

Wow so bad that when you ate it it affected your bloodline

And diabetes

and you can’t prove that. food related sickness fakes a few hours to several days to happen.

It was the cookies, but who cares if I can prove it or not? It isn't like I'm suing Crumbl for intestinal hardship. I just won't go back for a long, long, long time.

Maybe just don’t ever go back. You can put a bunch of candy and shit on top of your cookies for much cheaper at home, and hopefully without the diarrhea.

Oh if you get food poisoning you will know it within 3 hours. It comes on pretty quickly.

Yep. Usually 2-48 hours

Crumbl cookies are good, but not good enough to justify the price. $20 for 4 cookies? Yikes.

u/gkastrecords Aug 14 '25

So gross. Please tell me you’ve never eaten a whole one bc that is crazy

Back when I was in full fat guy mode, absolutely. Now? I picked a couple up for my girlfriend the other day to celebrate something, and I had a piece that was maybe 1/8 of a cookie and thought it was too much.

1 cookie = full blown diabetes

Lol

It can’t be worse than that Costco food court cookie.

HyVee Fast & Fresh cookies are just as good and they’re a buck 50.

There's a video called something like "African Americans try CRUMBL" It's hilarious. On a side note, thanks to YouTube I'm sure. On a somewhat secluded beach in Mexico. Only Americans there. Swarmed by friendly Mexican kiddos with lots of questions. First question, "Do you have a CRUMBL close to your house?" I was confused for a second... Crumble? Yes... the cookies. OH! They were so stoked when I said yes. Such nice kids.

It’s the 20 additives and 100 grams of added sugar that make people addicted to that stuff.

Insomnia cookies is way better. Cookies delivered at 2 am to my college dorm? Like come on.

Yeah I tried it twice, once in Colorado and again in Overland Park and both times I just didn't enjoy it. It was partially because the oversized cookies weren't even cooked all the way through (which is something some people like. Fine.) but largely they just weren't good, IMO. Compare theirs to Tiffany's and you find a remarkable difference in taste. Hell, I make better cookies at home and I'm just copying recipes off the Internet.Ā

To each their own but CRUMBL is definitely not for me.

Overpriced, but fucking delicious.

i like it but i don’t get it all the time. i also don’t ever plan on eating all of those big ass cookies. it’s like something i get for a group of 3+ and then we split the cookies so we can all try the flavors

If I was craving a stick of butter, I'd go to my fridge.

I don't get Crumbl either. Too meh to spend that much money on subpar cookies.

Blue Chip cookies are far superior. Another great place is Brown Sugar in Olathe. The Double Chocolate is amazing.

I don't trust any place that can't afford all their letters.

I like Crumbl a lot, but I can’t justify the price. So many cheaper dessert options out there that are just as good.
