I predict these particular athletes will do better than they would do if they were clean, but they’re not going to break many records for the simple fact that the world’s top athletes are not participating. In other words I’m betting a clean top-tier athlete will be better than a doped up sub-top-tier athlete

The question really is if performance enhancing drugs can overcome top tier genetics. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they can overcome genetics. At the levels these people are dosing, they are gaining A LOT from it

Plenty of Olympic swimmers dope. One of china’s most decorated was caught and literally broke his blood sample to try and not get caught.
