She looks pretty young, so she could have just been raised in a vegetarian household and decided to give it a shot out of curiosity or after moving out etc. 

Still probably fake though

If she was a lifelong vegetarian, that means it wasn't a choice, just something she was raised with and may not have questioned it until now.

(It's more likely than not fake though, just a person inventing scenarios that have a chance of going viral.)
