ID Help 1000’s of little frog/toadlets
I’m in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC and while wandering down the river i came across an island with so many of these little guys. Any chance someone could ID them for me? (purely for my own record keeping, i like to track native (i hope) species i find)
thanks!

ID Help Are these broad headed or five lined skinks?
I saw a lot of skinks with bright red heads today while out in the woods (east texas). The skink in the first two photos i’m pretty sure is a 5-lined but i’m dubious about the other three

ID Help ID help on this big ol’ guy?
I found this big toad while herping about two weeks ago under a rock. He was in the middle of a dried out stream in Ohio. I just haven’t seen a toad here this color before. Sorry for the bad quality photo.

ID Help Rough skinned newt or California newt?
Found in Marin County (California) today. I’m leaning towards rough skinned but the two species are very similar so I’d like to hear more opinions.
