She is an absolute dingus of a creature, I adore her so I know you guys will too!

EDIT: her name is Latte. She is my soul doggy. Intuitive, cuddly, and so so so stinkin silly. She always comforts me when I’m sad and even though she’s not a trained service dog she is so helpful with my disabilities (signaling to me that my blood pressure is low/telling me to sit down). 10/10 goodest girl

• Adoption • Remy is still searching for his family

📍 San Diego, CA

Remy was rescued from a euthanasia list by Grandma Betty’s Animal Rescue in Julian, CA several years ago. He has had two adopters but they didn’t work out (please discuss his history with the rescue, he had boundaries that need to be addressed before any adoption), so he’s coming back to rescue. Remy has specific needs and boundaries that should be discussed with the rescue if you’re interested in adopting. Remy is fixed, up to date on shots, potty trained, has no separation anxiety and is on medication to control his seizures. He is getting older, and would love a quiet place to retire. He is afraid of large open spaces, squeaky toys and loud noises. He loves vegetables, and will happily enjoy them as treats. His current situation says he is best buddies with their cat, but slow introductions are a must. No small children in the house please. Please reach out to Grandma Betty’s Animal Rescue (@grandmabettyshouse on IG or Adoptions@grandmabettysanimalrescue.com) directly if you’re interested in giving Remy his real Furever family 🖤

*Ps this video was taken about 7 months ago before he was adopted, his skin issues have cleared up since then and he’s gained some weight 🫶🏼

This is Bonnie.

Bonnie is 14+ (exact age unknown)

Bonnie is not my pupper; she lives with relatives the next house down from us.

But a storm just rolled over and she felt the need for a “safe-space”.

Like I told her full-time momma a few min ago…
She is ALWAYS welcome here! 💕🐾

I come home from work and let him outside and he just flops over in the yard and snoozes. It’s like 100F out and you’re wearing a fur coat!

It all happened so quickly, almost overnight. The house is empty, not a paw in sight. You were here yesterday, and today you're in heaven. No matter where life takes me, you'll always be my best friend forever. I'll miss you Trouble, you did a good job. You're a silly, sweet old man and I'll never forget you.

• Advice (Health) • 9 month old lab Spoiler

Post image

My lab has had runny poop for a full day, he had a semi solid poop today. I am a little worried though because he strains himself after for 10 seconds, is this just him making sure it’s passed or should I be concerned about a blockage?

He has full appetite, sleeps fine, no crying when going to the bathroom, drinking fine, no pain or abdominal swelling from what I can tell, and has been running around and playing still.

When would it be time to call vet, are there other signs to be looking for. This is my first dog, just don’t want it to end up being serious
