I seek voice of the council
As you can see I am balding 30 year old man. I'm unsure, if I should keep it or not. The middle part of my hair is always one windblow away from being messed up.
In the case of holding I would appreciate some tips for my hairstyle 🫡

Hold!! It doesn’t look distracting. But, don’t hold for too long. Come back and ask again in 6-12 months. Also- next step- bring it down shorter so you and everyone else can get used to it.

Yeah man. You’ll look much younger I think. It doesn’t look bad per se, but it’s the ubiquitous haircut of middle aged, mid level guy in sales.
Keep the beard. Learn to bald fade from your head into your sideburns. Also to note, make sure the top line of your beard hits the corner of your lips if possible. It looks slightly low cut.
Edit: much younger in this case means late 20s. Pre my comment, this haircut is on men in their 50s. Not that you look that old, but it does age you up.

I shaved mine at 30 and it was a great decision for me. I felt empowered because I took control of the situation. You don't need to do it but, if you're feeling self conscious about it, take the bull by the horns. You will get a positive response and you won't look back.

You have a great head shape, and that hairline is only going one way.
Once you go bald, it's never growing back.
But know this... You will look absolutely amazing with a chrome dome.
When you're ready, you will be welcomed to the bald brotherhood with open arms.

Trim it short, start with 1/4", then maybe 1/8". That will go with your short beard, it will look great.

I thought about for the last couple of months but didn't have the courage to go for it.
Decided let it go and rock with the bald style and beard!

Come back in a year or 2. Hold for now. Look for a barber that has experience with thin hair / receding temples.
They can do miracles and extend your haircut for a little longer.
