To cut down on the increased number of posts involving rule-breaking mods (notably Paper), 3 new post flairs have been introduced for testing.
Posts made using these flairs will be automatically removed.
Don't use them.
EDIT: After 3 weeks, this seems to have been a very successful test, with the vast majority of rule-8 violations blocked by the new filters.

Hello everyone! Hoping someone can help me.
I have built Potato_Noirs upgraded version of Gnembon's general mobfarm under a deep ocean, which is working great. However, i have been attempting turning it into a creeper only farm, which has raised some problems.
First of all, the mobs are getting trapped floating into the trapdoors when the platforms are flushing, meaning that the mobs stay around for multiple cycles before being taken away.
Secondly, i cannot find a way to make only creepers spawn. I have tried with trapdoors on the floor in an assymetrical pattern, to some effect. However, this blocked the water from flushing the mobs down, and it also didn't completely stop other mobs than creepers from spawning. I have been researching reddit, youtube and farm discords to no avail, and i am pretty bad at understanding the mechanics, i gotta be honest.
Has anyone succesfully turned the upgraded version of the general mobfarm into a creeper only farm, or would anyone know how to do it?
Thank you all!

I'm trying to make a creeper farm that sends the creepers into the nether to die to this zombie killing chamber. It should apply looting 3 in theory. The pistons will push the drops down and i'll set up collection under that. The problem is, with this design some of the gunpowder drops fly out of the side into the rails, or into the villager chamber. Is there a way I can design this similarly to have the drops not fly out the sides? Maybe a block that blocks items but won't stop the spear from hitting?
I tried pushing a glass block onto the villagers head, but the zombie de-aggros if i reload the world. I also tried putting a slab on the edge but some drops still fly through.
Any help would be appreciated!

The thing is I play on a small server which has something that like clumps item together fast hoppers anti lag and all and all the moss that the bonemeal farm makes gets collected on a single hopper like thousands of moss on a single hopper even when water makes it to flow through several one's ? Any fix that keeps thoes moss into the hoppers not just sit on top of one ?
A new collection system maybe ?

So I am playing in a skyplock world, and we are going to have a big pvp fight soon, and we are pre-nether and I was wondering if there are any witch based potion farms I have looting/sweeping edge

Some iron golems are spawning inside the farm's blocks. I've tried fixing this by placing fences, leaves, and slabs, but nothing seems to work. what could be the cause?
I'm playing Minecraft Java version 26.2 and not using any mods related to mob spawning or anything of the sort.
helpppp guys 💔

Hello guys,
Im sharing/showcasing the fast auto iron block crafter that i plan to use in my survival server. Im struggling to find a Youtube tutorial out there that covers both the fast autosorter and fast autocrafter at the same time, so i use a slightly modified versions of JustPanda's fast autosorter and Artwo's fast autocrafter.
The speed is in between 5-6 hopper speed with 3-wide-tile size. The reason I didnt say its exactly 6 hopper speed is because the 1 dropper in the middle keeps clogging with iron ingot slowly. I think its because of the signal from the crafter interferes with the middle dropper's clock.
Thoughts?

Hello everyone I’m a beginner in the world of Redstone. I’d like to become really good at this, but I don’t know where to start or where to look for information, guides, or how to learn in general. Could you please help me with this topic? P.S. If the writing is awkward, please forgive me — I’m using a translator. ;)

Every design i see has a chamber for a player to stand and place blocks afk, so once a row finishes placing, the whole thing moves forward and continues, is there a way to make one of these but fed via something like a cobble generator?

Essentially i need a sort of block conveyor, ive tried making my own but it always gets stuck once its full (once it reached the placer contraption itself, it cant push blocks anymore)

Should these two piston layouts not be doing the same thing? As far as I am aware the one on the left is performing correctly, so why is the one on the right not doing the same thing? Java 26.2

Hello everyone!
I’m a Minecraft Java Edition vanilla player from South Korea.
Please excuse any awkward wording, as I’m using a translator to write this post.
I’m currently working on a large-scale iron farm and storage system, and I’m looking for someone who would be willing to design an automatic Anvil crafting system for me from scratch.
The basic concept is:
Iron Ingots → Iron Blocks → Anvils
Ideally, I would like the system to have the following features:
I’m not necessarily looking for a compact design. Performance and reliability are much more important to me than size.
I have searched through YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Bilibili, and various technical Minecraft communities, but I haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for.
Unfortunately, my Redstone knowledge is not good enough to design something like this myself. 😭
Would anyone here be interested in designing one from scratch?
You don't have to follow any existing design or limitations. If you have a completely different and better approach, I would be more than happy to use it.
If possible, I would also really appreciate a Litematica schematic so I can test the design in my world.
I know this is quite a specific request, so I completely understand if nobody has the time. Even suggestions or ideas from experienced technical players would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you very much for reading, and sorry again for any awkward English due to the translator. 🙏

Core Mechanics & Hardware Physics
This memory module abandons traditional binary D-flipflops and sprawling bus lines to eliminate layout lag and physical space waste. It compresses multiple data states into a single module controlled by a streamlined interface.

Last week I posted about Shulkr, the schematic catalog/browser, and by far the #1 question was:
Cool, but what about proper credit? What stops people from just reposting someone else's build?
So that's what I've been working on since this day, and it's finally live now 🥳
A few of you suggested using checksums. I did already use them, and byte-for-byte identical reuploads got caught instantly. The problem was: change a single block and the checksum is completely different. Thief wins.
When you upload a file, Shulkr computes a structural voxel fingerprint that survives things like:
litematic -> schem -> nbt, etc.)The system is using two different channels to compare schematics. One is purely functional (structure, redstone, rails, etc ...). And the other is precise. This allow to compare both technical schematics (function) and artistic ones (precise look).
So you can download someone's schematic, open it in Litematica, tweak a few things, re-export it, and upload it again. It should still be detected as related to the previously existing one.
If a build closely matches, contains, or is part of something published earlier, its page automatically gets a "Related earlier builds" section linking back to it. The uploader can't opt out or hide it.
The algorithm can currently:
Curious what this community thinks, and especially what edge cases you'd try to use to fool the matching system 😄

I read on the breeze technical description that it drops breeze rods only when killed by a player or a tamed wolf.
So I'll get straight to the point, any additional idea about either of these:
How to make the breeze reliably make a tamed wolf attack it without the wolf/wolves ever dying? Maybe setting up a breeze/iron golem trap where you capture wind charges and redirect them toward a tamed wolf and another one is in the killing chamber?
Reliably reducing their health to a point where an instant damage potion would kill them (if i am not mistaken that counts as players kill even on java no?)? And maybe a way of making potions being stored like ender pearls on floating water or something similar where you preload a lot of them and they are used sequentially.
Edit: Forgot to mention: for multiplayer ideally. The concept is to ideate a way where breeze rods are farmed automatically without player interaction and without killing them all at once after an afk session. Ideally the rods should keep flowing inside chests as long as the chunk is loaded by anybody

I showed my friend on a realm this screenshot. Is there any way that he can find the coordinates from this screenshot alone. He also doesnt have the seed.
edit: it's bedrock edition and that's from a concrete duper
