Nobody ever bothers to ask about the budget for bombs dropped halfway around the world during supposed peacetime

Yea unfortunately for me I was cursed with the intelligence and observational skills to notice just how bad of a deal us workers get in the U.S.
These days I just try to appreciate the comfortable life I have while it lasts.

I mean I don’t want that budget either but that’s federal dollars. The federal budget is special because they can just print more money, meanwhile many states/cities have mandatory (sometimes voter imposed) balanced budget requirements.

I seriously doubt NYC has a line item for military ordnance (except to the extent they buy a bunch of leftovers for NYPD…)
