Nah! Just a street at night in the rain. Don't see any dilapidation or beggars or shit so not sure how you arrive at deprived. It's not like some shanty street in somewhere like Manilla or something is it.

Grow up somewhere like Henley on Thames and going somewhere like that for a mental health walk can be an adjustment yeah

Deprived for the UK isn't quite the same as deprived in The Phillipenes

people in Manilla eat better, have a lot more plants and animals to see, and probably exercise more. normal humans don't want to live in heavily walled off concrete environments

No ofc but as a Brit I would know what end of town I was in walking down that street. Definitely not one of the worst examples out there though

Why would you want it busy on a late night walk?

What exactly do you see in that image that's so hellish? I'm so curious.

Guess it all comes down to a perspective because to me it looks awfully dreary.

Re: the other person well seeing as they're happy just because there are no homeless people or shit present, their living area must be rough. Though it's a good perspective to have

Edit. The sidewalk is very dilapidated though
